Dashboard overview

After signing in you land in the dashboard. A navigation bar across the top switches between the main areas of the app.

Navigation at a glance

Tab	What you’ll find
APIs	The default landing page. API integrations are coming soon — this page is currently a placeholder.
Data Sources	Connect and manage the file shares Insight AI can read from. See data sources.
Users	Manage groups — your team’s structure, permission levels, and members. See groups.
Collections	Create and manage the searchable indexes your documents are ingested into. See collections.
Pipelines	Create ingestion pipelines and monitor ingestion runs. See pipelines.
Models	Pull AI models into your organization and review their performance. See managing models.
Logs	Not available yet (shown greyed out).
Settings	Workspace preferences, account details, and privacy options. See settings.
Chat	Opens the chat workspace in a new browser tab. See chatting.

On the right side of the header you’ll also find:

• ? (Help) — replays the guided tour for the page you’re on.
• Profile menu — shows the email you’re signed in with and the Logout action.

How the pages work

The list pages (Data Sources, Collections, Pipelines, Models, Users) share the same layout:

• A search bar to filter the list by name.
• A Create button (for example Create Data Source, Create Collection, Create Pipeline) that opens a form in a side panel.
• Clicking any row opens a detail side panel with more information and actions such as Delete.

Most detail panels have tabs — for example a pipeline has Details and Monitoring, and a data source has Details and Shares.

The guided tour

The first time you sign in, Insight AI walks you through the navigation, data sources, users, and settings. In chat, the tour covers your chat history, the model selector, and the message input. Replay it any time with the ? button.
